OVERVIEW

Adaptive Motorhome Hire (AMH) is on a mission to make motorhome travel more accessible throughout the UK. Having partnered with them from the very beginning, we’ve helped them to shape and build their website from the ground up. Their goal from day one was simple but ambitious – to create a digital experience that reflects their commitment to accessibility, while giving users the confidence to explore, understand, and book with ease.

By embedding accessibility into both the design and functionality of the site, we’ve helped AMH establish a strong, inclusive digital presence – one that continues to evolve as the business grows.

THE CHALLENGE

As a new business entering the market, Adaptive Motorhome Hire needed to establish trust quickly while clearly communicating what sets them apart.

The heart of what they do – accessible motorhome travel – had to shine throughout the digital experience that met their customers, welcoming as many as possible. The website had to balance clarity, usability, and inclusivity, ensuring users with a wide range of needs could confidently navigate and engage.

At the same time, the platform needed to support future growth, with the flexibility to expand alongside their fleet, services, and audience.

Our challenge as a team was not just to build a website, but to create an experience that genuinely reflects AMH’s commitment to accessibility at every touchpoint.

THE SOLUTION

We designed and built a fully accessible website from the ground up, shaped around the needs of AMH’s audience.

Working with their existing brand, we refined and extended it for digital – improving contrast, clarity, and consistency to meet accessibility best practices. Every element of the design was considered through an inclusive lens, ensuring the experience is easy to navigate and understand.

We developed a clear, structured user journey that allows visitors to:

  • Explore the accessibility features of their motorhome with confidence
  • Find key information quickly and without friction
  • Move through the booking process with ease

To support a wide range of users, we embedded accessibility throughout the build – from keyboard-friendly navigation to dyslexia-friendly reading modes.

The result is a website that doesn’t just talk about accessibility, but actively delivers it – providing a high-performing, user-focused platform that supports both the brand and its audience.

THE IMPACT

Adaptive Motorhome Hire now has a digital platform that truly reflects its purpose – making travel more accessible.

The website delivers a clear, inclusive experience that enables users to explore with confidence, book their services, and engage without barriers.

  • A high-performing website with strong accessibility standards
  • An inclusive user experience designed for a wide range of needs
  • Clarity around vehicle features and accessibility options
  • A scalable platform that supports ongoing business growth

WHY INKFIRE?
