Meet the
disabled-led team
building inclusive brands worldwide.
Born from frustration with inaccessible corporate culture, Inkfire reimagines what an agency looks like when disabled people lead from the centre — not the sidelines.
Lived experience backed by recognition
Remote-only: Breaking barriers, building access
Traditional offices aren't just inconvenient for disabled people, they're exclusionary by design. Commutes that aggravate chronic pain. Open plans that overwhelm sensory processing. Rigid hours that ignore fluctuating energy levels.
Inkfire exists entirely online because that's how you build a workplace that actually works. Our team spans communities across the UK because geography should never determine who gets to contribute.
- Disabled-led team
- Remote-first nationwide
- Built for accessible async work
- Scotland
- North West
- Midlands & East
- London, South & Wales
Across the UK
Across Britain, we hire for access and talent, not postcode.
