Unveiling Inkfire: a new era of accessibility

Today, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in Inkfire’s evolution – we not only have a new look thanks to a transformative rebrand, but we are now also officially a limited company. This massive step forward for the business underscores the growth and commitment we’ve dedicated ourselves to over the last 5 years and marks a new chapter in our pursuit of inclusivity.

The Inkfire Difference

Inkfire was born out of a need for fewer barriers to be presented to those with disabilities. We envisioned a workplace that adapts to the individual, not the other way around – a safe space, where a person can fit in and feel that their voice is not only heard, but valued.

To this day, our foundation is built upon the following three core values:

Transparency

We prioritise effective and transparent communication within our team and in our interactions with clients. Our approach is collaborative, fostering teamwork and open dialogue to ensure unity in progress. We emphasise the importance of being clear about pricing, schedules, and team updates to maintain a focus on clarity.

Inclusivity

At the very heart of what we do, our aim is always to open up the world and workforce to as many as possible. We want everyone to have a share and feel that there’s a place for them. We may not always get it right, but we’re committed to having conversations, learning new ways we can support each other and always helping one another.

Human

From humble beginnings, Inkfire was born and we don’t forget that. We know all the countless late nights, hard-graft and difficult decisions it takes to start-up and run a business successfully. At the core of what we do, we remember that we’re human and that always comes first. We’re here to support each other, help where we can and remember to share a smile or kindness in each day.

A new era of growth

As we make this transition into being a Limited company, we’re not just changing our business structure; we’re amplifying our potential. We’re seeing it as an opportunity to push the bounds of just what Inkfire can achieve even further, and harness the incredible team, connections and profile we’ve built so far.

We know that we’re not going to get it right all the time, but we’re doing everything we can to be a positive force for good in the disabled community and continue to try to change the narrative around working with a disability. In line with this, we’re proud to share our recent accreditation as a Disability Confident Committed Employer, reinforcing our dedication to inclusivity.

Welcome the change with Inkfire

As we embark upon the next stage in Inkfire’s growth, we invite you to join us in embracing a more accessible workforce, learning how you as an individual can make a change and supporting us in the incredible work we have coming up. Together, let’s commit to innovation, breaking down boundaries and inclusivity.
