What is Access To Work (ATW)?

A government-funded scheme providing practical and financial support to individuals with disabilities.

If you identify as disabled you can apply to receive funding to cover the fees of having a personal assistant. You don’t need to be formally diagnosed in order to apply.

We have experience of providing support through the ATW scheme, so we understand how it works.

Our lived-experience of disabilities makes us empathetic and helps us understand how we can support you. We aim to make the process of working together as simple as possible – even handling things like billing ATW directly, so you don’t have to do any extra paperwork.

Depending on your needs, we can make a customised plan to assist you in the ways that would be most impactful.

Some of the things we’ve done in the past include:

  • Helping with organisation tasks
  • Providing prompts and reminders (often on a recurring basis)
  • Assisting with communication through email or phone calls
  • Providing admin support – scheduling, content creation, data entry, etc.


We know that every person is unique and we celebrate that.

We take the time to understand you and build a working relationship.  Our aim is to support you to achieve your goals and help to take some of those tricky tasks off your plate.

Access To Work Pricing

We standardly charge all Access to Work customers the same rate. This is based off of current ATW guidelines for assistant support and can be quoted to them.

Assistant Support

£ 25 Per hour
  • Flexible Hours Available
  • Get 1:1 Support From Our Friendly Team
  • Build A Relationship & Work Long-Term With The Same Person
  • Utilise Our Experience & Familarity With The ATW Scheme

IT Support

£ 30 Per Hour
  • Available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Get 1:1 Support From Our Friendly Team
  • Help for All Abilities - No Question is Silly!
  • Help with Accessible Tool Setup
