As the festive season approaches, our team will be taking a well-earned break. However, we want to reassure everyone that support will still be available throughout the Christmas and New Year period.

Our festive opening arrangements

16th – 24th December 2026 / 2nd – 3rd January 2027
During this period, our team will continue to provide support, but we will be operating with a reduced staffing schedule. This may mean that responses take a little longer than usual, so we appreciate your patience.

25th December 2026 – 28th December 2026 / 31st Dec – 1st Jan
We will be closed during this period, with only emergency support available.

Need urgent support?

If you experience a critical incident while we are closed, please send us a WhatsApp message at any time during the festive period and we will do our best to help.

WhatsApp: 0333 613 4653

Back to normal from 4 January

From 4 January 2027, our team will return to normal working hours and will be ready to support you in the year ahead.

We would like to thank everyone we have worked with and supported throughout the year. We wish you a peaceful festive break and look forward to continuing to work with you in 2027.
