About Us:

At Inkfire, we believe that technology can be a powerful tool for change, inclusion, and innovation. We’re an influential Disabled-led Marketing and Tech company, continuously challenging and breaking down barriers in the workplace. Our mission is to create accessible, cutting-edge business solutions while fostering a supportive and diverse work environment. We champion disabilities in the workplace and demonstrate what can be achieved when flexible working isn’t a massive hurdle.

As a social firm, we primarily work with people with lived experience of disability. Every member of our team makes a valuable contribution, and we all share Inkfire’s core values:

Transparency – We value good, clear communication throughout our team and within our client relationships. We’re a collaboration, meaning we work together, and transparency helps us to move forward unitedly. From pricing to timelines and team check-ins, we prioritise clarity.

Inclusivity – At the very heart of what we do, our aim is always to open up the world and workforce to as many as possible. We want everyone to have a share and feel that there’s a place for them.  We may not always get it right, but we’re committed to having conversations, learning new ways we can support each other, and always helping one another.

Human – From humble beginnings Inkfire was born, and we don’t forget that. We know all the countless late nights, hard graft, and difficult decisions it takes to start and run a business successfully. At the core of what we do, we remember that we’re human and that always comes first. We’re here to support each other, help where we can, and remember to share a smile or kindness in each day.
