Built around the whole picture
One project rarely fits in one box.
A new service might need a brand, a website, the right systems and someone to help manage enquiries. A growing team might need better IT and more hands-on support.
Our specialists can work together around the same brief. You get a plan that connects the pieces, rather than a list of separate jobs to coordinate yourself.

The team at Inkfire is simply full of lovely people. They have been fantastic in helping me and my busy brain by taking tasks (no matter how small or crazy) and organising them into actions, even when I’m not sure how it’s possible.
They work quickly and diligently, and I really appreciate that they have taken the time to understand how I run my business and its operations so they can assist me in how and when it’s needed.

“Working with Inkfire was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
They created a professional, accessible website that truly reflects my voice, strengthened my visibility, and made it easier for people to engage with my work.
I finally have a digital home I’m proud to share.”
– Chronically Jenni
“I just wanted to put in writing that I am SO grateful for all that you do – and with Small Business Saturday coming up, it’s making me nostalgic, as that is when our paths crossed, with Imali mentoring me which in turn led to me moving my websites over to you! And I LOVE my websites! I also just wanted to particularly mention Sonny, he is so helpful and efficient, and no request has ever been a problem for him, YAY for Sonny!”

“We’ve been working with Imali and Inkfire since 2021 – 5+ years later, and the service is as exceptional as it’s ever been!
Truly, it’s a pleasure to work with you all, and I hope we continue to do so for many years to come.”

A different way of working
People-first, in practice.

Inkfire is disabled-led. Our lived experience shapes how we communicate, plan and solve problems, alongside the specialist skills we bring to your project. Clear explanations, realistic priorities and room for different access needs are part of the work, not extras.

From first question to a clear planx
You bring the challenge.
We help shape the next step.
01
Tell us what is happening
Share what you want to change, what is getting in the way and any deadlines or access needs. An unfinished idea is a perfectly good starting point.
02
Agree the right support
We work out which specialists you need and agree the scope, priorities, costs and next steps before the work begins.
03
Put the plan into practice
We deliver the agreed work and keep you informed. Where you need ongoing help, training or a handover, we build that into the plan.
A few useful answers
Before we get started
No need to arrive with a polished brief. These are the questions we can work through together.

Do I need to know which service to choose?
No. Tell us what you want to achieve or what is not working. We can help you identify a useful starting point and the right people to involve.
Can I combine services from different areas?
Yes. A brief can involve web, tech, creative and business support. We agree how the work fits together so you know what is included and what happens next.
Do you offer one-off projects and ongoing support?
Yes. Some work has a defined outcome, such as a new brand or a system migration. Other needs are ongoing, such as IT support, website care, social media or virtual assistance. We will discuss the approach that fits your needs.
How do you work out the cost?
It depends on the scope, complexity and level of support needed. Share your priorities and any budget you have in mind so we can discuss a realistic plan. We confirm the agreed costs before work starts.
Can you work around my communication or access needs?
Tell us what makes it easier for you to take part. We will discuss communication, pace, formats and any adjustments with you as we plan the work. You do not need to fit a standard way of working to ask for support.
Let’s find a way forward
What would you like
to take off your list?
A project to launch, a problem to solve or a team that needs more support. Tell us a little about it and we will help you work out where to start.
Prefer to put your ideas in writing? Use the project brief to collect what you know so far.
